The PALS course gives healthcare professionals the knowledge and skills to better recognize and treat critically ill infants and children. The course uses a scenario-based, team approach to teach pediatric emergency management of pediatric patients approaching or already in respiratory or cardiac arrest. The course covers treatment beyond the first few minutes of an emergency.This is a 1 or 2 day course based on how many people attend the class and how much practice they need. Due to Covid and our company goals the class cost is $125 plus the book (if needed $45). You will pay for the class when you arrive with cash, check or card.Once you have registered you will need to access the online pretest. Go to https://elearning.heart.org/course/427. Take the assessment and bring it in to class. This is required for the classAmerican Heart Association PALS Certification.
